Morning: Visit to the Rialto market, the main fish market and vegetables of Venice to choose and buy the ingredients for the lesson. Rialto, in the historic center of Venice, is the most famous fish market, fruit and vegetables.
Cooking course in Palazzo Veneziano of a regional menu of Venetian cuisine.
Lunch and delivery of the certificate at the end of the lesson.
